ANN CRUMPLER, lCSW

Ann Crumpler is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Illinois, and has over 25 years of clinical experience in her field.  She specializes in working with children, adolescents, families, and adults.  She received her Master of Science in Social Work degree from the University of Louisville Kent, School of Social Work in 1989, with a concentration in comprehensive health.  Since then, Ann has obtained licensure in three states:  Ohio, California and Illinois, while serving a variety of positions in the public and private sectors.  Her areas of expertise include solution-focused treatment, depression and anxiety, childhood sexual abuse and trauma, domestic violence, substance abuse, family therapy, group therapy and play therapy.  She also has completed Level II EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) training, specifically to help clients who are dealing with trauma, crisis, and PTSD.  Ann enjoys working with all age groups, and has often mentored college-level interns and held supervisory roles for those seeking licensure.  She is committed to a collaborative process of working together with clients and other healthcare professionals in order to improve their overall quality of life and to achieve mutual goals.
